We collect your email address when you place an order or create an account. We also collect payment reference IDs (from Stripe or Plisio) and order metadata. We do not store full card numbers or crypto wallet addresses.

2. How we use your data

Your email is used to deliver your purchased digital codes and to send order status updates. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

3. Payment processors

Payments are processed by Stripe (card) and Plisio (crypto). By purchasing you agree to their respective privacy policies. We receive only a payment reference ID confirming success or failure.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (tb_session) to keep you logged in. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

5. Data retention

Order records are retained for up to 3 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@topupbolt.com.
