I bought the wrong region

Region-specific codes cannot be refunded. Please double-check the product region before purchasing.

My crypto payment is stuck

Crypto transactions require network confirmations. This usually takes 1–20 minutes depending on the network. The order page refreshes automatically.

How do XP and cashback work?

You earn 1 XP per dollar spent. Your level determines your cashback rate (0.5%–2%). Cashback is credited to your wallet and applied automatically at checkout.
