1. Digital goods — no refunds
All sales of digital gift card codes are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a code has been delivered.
2. Delivery
Codes are delivered via email and displayed on your order page immediately after fulfillment. If you do not receive your code within 5 minutes of payment, contact support.
3. Regional restrictions
Gift cards are region-specific. It is your responsibility to ensure the product you purchase is valid in your region. We do not issue refunds for region mismatches.
4. Prohibited use
You may not resell, automate, or bulk-purchase codes without prior written consent. Accounts found to be fraudulent or abusing the XP/referral system will be suspended.
5. Limitation of liability
TopupBolt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the order value.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
